The product fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl-L-glutamic acid 1-tert-butyl ester was analyzed by HPLC. The purity of fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl-L-glutamic acid 1-tert-butyl ester was 99.1%, the optical rotation was -9.4(c = 1,in HAc), the melting point was 109.5-110.6, and the isomer content was 0.03%. |
